I am naturally brown, when I was in prep I won a prize and it was to get foils. So I got blonde, and then when I was about 9 i got blonde and have since. My hair kind of mixed with it and I ended up light brown, I hated it so I got my hair dyed at the hair dressers but it was semi coloured so my yuck blondy brown colour will come back. I dont want to be dying it all the time, I just want my hair colour back, or even more choclatier. What can I do? Would stripping work? I dont want to damage my hair.
Get chocolate brown permanent dye and do it at home. Stripping wrecks your hair, so give that idea a miss.
Stop dying it and let it grow out.
Let nature take over, and then all the chemicals in your head won't affect your brain.....they are seeping in, you know.
if u let your hair grow out, then it will go back to its normal hair color. BUT DO NOT STRIP YOUR HAIR!! if you do there is a better chance for it to mess up. my cousin did it and it turned her hair grey, so dont do it!!

My friends are always calling me spoiled but they don't even know the half of it. I have divorced parents, am an only child, and am sort of poor. Yes, I have a cell phone, my own laptop and have gotten massages, mani-pedi's and go to a certain hair dresser every time, but my friends do the same! Take a look:
Hannah: Has a laptop, cell phone and has gotten a mani pedi a few times.
Sasha: Has a cell phone, and basically her own computer.
Brittany (Best friend who calls me spoiled the most): An Apple computer, had a cell phone, has been taken to the nail shop in town but didn't want one.
Aidan: Has an iPod, gets to use a computer whenever he pleases, has been offered a cell phone but didn't want one, and he is REALLY greedy and doesn't ever want to spend ANY of the money he makes.
So do you think I am spoiled? I really dont think that I am. I have to worrk for a lot of things. I have to pay my cell phone bill monthly and my laptop was a graduation gift from the 5th grade.
You do not sound spoiled. Trust me. Just because you have a cell phone, laptop, and all that stuff, it doesn't mean you're spoiled. Anyone can have those stuff and not be spoiled.If you work for it, it really isn't considered that.

haha, I never had any pampering when I was living with my parents. Nothing, your parents are just upset they never had any other children and they want to spoil you because you are their one and only. I never had a laptop or cellphone, not even a car, it was so embarrassing to be 17 and still riding the bus.
Well, I don't have a cell phone, lap top, and have never even gotten my nails done - I would have to say you are lucky. I wouldn't call you SPOILED, because you are an only child. (I have 2 brothers). But you do have more then you need.
If your friends don't stop saying you're spoiled just make sure they know that they have most of the same things you do. Do your friends pay their own phone bills? You do, and that is a really good thing to be doing.

I think you guys are all spoiled! LOL! It's ok, I'm spoiled too, my birthday was on june 20th and I got an iPod from my grandparents and it is the one where you can watch videos on it and stuff. I have my own tv in my room, I own a coach purse (I got that by saving money I got from babysitting and my grandma) and lots of brand named clothes.
hmm idk if ur spoiled ur just fortunit ur spoiled compared to most people in ur schooll or watever i mean immmm spoiled i have my OWN laptop gone threw 4 phones.i get expensive clothing shoes ect.my own tv.game consuls.and when i or my parents grand kids want something they give it to us.so just when ur friends say that ,name of people who ARE more spoiled and then maybe they will stop but just accept what they are saying basicly is that u have nice things.good luck
ok this may sound a bit ridiculous, i'm 21 and i have no idea how to blow dry my own hair, is there like a special way? if it helps you can go to my myspace to see my hair and tell me how i should do it?? i could really use the advice or ANY suggestions.. it looks so much better blown out.. like when i leave the hair dressers it looks fantastic obviously! lol take a look and tell me what you think..

The reason why it looks so great leaving the salon is because they do some very important and easy things. Finrst make sure you apply a really good product such as biosilk. Put the product in your hands and apply it all over, after this get some clips and put you hair in sections with the clips, make little buns and secure them. Start drying from the bottom up and make sure to dry downwards. That is the most imperitive step....if you dry straight on it will singe your precious hair, BAD NEWS! Try to dry from the roots down and make sure to hold it 12 inches from your head. One thinkg that is important is to get a product that protects your hair from heat styling, the heat damages the hair more than you know. Everytime you touch a styling tool to your head it is smart to use a protector! Hope this helps!!
you can blow dry your hair with you bending over so that your hair is upside down. Then it will give more body to your hair.
That's okay your not riduculous at all, if you don't have the time to blow dry your hair for 15 minutes maximuim then but the blow dryer on high and run a brugh in your hair as the blow dryer touches the comb it will touch your hair. I hope I'm making sense?? *You will not burn your hair it will just feel warm that's all.
well if u wanna volumize it blow dry it upside down
if u wanna straighten it use a brush and brush down slowly while drying.
to curl it use a round brush and curve ur hair with it while dring.
if not just flip ur hair around and dry, its simple.
ok... wash your hair and condition it with a straighting conditioner or a smoothing conditioner. towel dry and make sure it is all combed out. section your hair, pull up almost all of it leaving a small amount down in the back of your head. blow dry with a round brush with firm tension until that section is straight... continue until you finish all the hair... then if this is not as straight as you would like.... use a straightening iron... with a heat protective product on your hair first! I think the best advice would be to make an appointment with your stylist just to have her practice blowdrying your hair w/ you...I worked at a salon, and we had people do this all the time....She can show you what you are doing wrong and give you advice..
Keep in mind, most stylists have Ionic dryers (more expensive-but better for frizzies), so if you do not have one, invest in a good one....
Go back to your hair salon and ask them to help you with this. They will know exactly what to show you. It is all about length, texture and the look you are trying to achieve. Good question. We all had to learn at some time. This is your time. Good luck

use volumizing shampoo and blow dry hair upside down. tease wherever you want the tease and then spray hairspray all over! works best when your hanging your head down because it autimatically gets big.
I mean if i go to a salon and the hair-dresser doesn't know who Bono is (in India very less people know about U2).
His hair has changed a lot through the decades...bringing a good picture is certainly the best way to go.
