Im in Japan and i desperately need to go to a hair dresser, but the one in my are doesnt understand English and i dont know Japanese.

I just need to know how you would say i need

Full head of foils?

Just bleach and peroxide that is?

Please learn some Japanese. I know this isn't what you want to hear. I went to Russia and believe me it was either sink or swim. I would tell you but I forgot a lot of my Japanese. Maybe you can show them what you want. Good luck!
