Yes I have had my hair stripped....And it does do some damage to your hair. It will get dry and some may break. Its really hard on your hair. They do sell home stripping kits. And it will turn orange when you rinse it out. Maybe you should go the salon to get it done if that's what you decide to do. Good luck.
