The back of my head is not ordinary dandruff. They are like extra dry and scaley. It has also stop my hair growth in the back of my head because of this I had to cut my hair shorter. I have used so many types of hair grease to help but and it just comes back. The back of my hair is extremely sensitive when I perm my hair and especially when I have to wash it out. When I went to the beauty salon I just about jump out the chair when the hair dresser washed my hair out because it burned the bakc of my head.Please help me I don't know what to do!!!! THANKS

I think you should go see a doctor. The doc will probably give you a prescribed dandruff shampoo you can use. In some cases of dandruff the scalp becomes itchy making you scratch. you haven't been scratching have you? Because when you scratch it opens and tears up your skin so when you shampoo your hair some of the shampoo gets into your skin making it burn. Or you can get dandruff shampoos like heads and shoulders or selsum blue.
