I believe having a little longer hair for guys is in at the moment. As long as you keep it trimmed up and don't let it get all overgrown and shaggy I think it looks nice. Here's my favorite find so far.

I'm 26 F and I personally think this is really hot. Short on the sides and back, but just long enough on top to rough up or make a little spikey. HOT
