im thinking of having hair extension put in my hair by a hair dressers up in london that cost 鎷?00. does any one know if they damage your hair.

Don't put them into to damaging hair. If your braiding them in don't do it too tight also trim your ends before . So no they're not damaging just take care of it as if it were your own

If your stylist trys the fusion or Sew-In method it wont really harm your hair, you will just need to be sure to take really good care of your hair and the extensions during wear, and proper removal is also very important.
