wine color or red-orange must be perfect, if your skin is very very very dark, but if it's not that dark than blond or yellow-orange will be good as well.

the best color for streaks on a dark person for me personally is going to be red, if your hair is brown or even black i think it looks so hot with red highlights

okay then . id say go with the hairdresser on this one ... they are trained professionals after all and we the people are just a bunch of idiots , myself included of course .

I am not sure of the best but I personally do not think the dark wine color or the blond looks attractive on dark skinned people. To me it looks kinda trashy and ghetto. Maybe a shade lighter brown.
