the best thing you can do is find a color as close to your hair as possible, and next time while ur at the hairstylists ask them to give you an example of what they're putting in ur hair, so you're exactly sure whats going to happen.

hair color fades the more you shampoo it, but im not telling you to shampoo till your hair falls out... go get it re colored... make sure the ***** knows what you want, and i wouldnt have paid the last time if you werent happy... hairdressers provide a service... also, make sure THE PERSON WHO IS COLORING YOUR HAIR IS A COLORIST!!!! not every hair dresser can color hair... sounds like yours went safe...

The best way to get your hair back to natural is to keep the ends trimmed and let the color grow out.

Once you have about 2-inches of natural regrowth, you can go into the salon and ask for your hair to be matched to your natural haircolor.

If you removed the recent dye (from hairdresser yesterday) you would end up with the hair that you had when you went into the salon (light on bottom, darker on top).

All color fades with time, so give your recent color some time to fade. You may decide that you like the color after a few washes.

Good luck!
